Question Fuel Sender Rotted

Hi ,, Just noticed a Leak under the truck,It was coming from the fuel tank somewhere ,, So I crawled under to find the return line is rotting out, right where it goes through the plastic housing on top of the fuel tank..

My question is , has any one replaced those lines with something else or do I have to replace the whole plastic assembly?

Thanks

join the club...

You have to buy a new or reman "fuel module" from the dealer. I did mine by tilting the bed rather than dropping the tank.

I am pretty sure the Draw Straw doesn't work on 12V trucks , which is what Timmy has.
