Fuel Pressure

Hey guys i think this is in the right place haven't posted in a while. I would like to know what you all consider a safe fuel pressure in a 00 24v CTD with the stock LP setup. Also how do you guys like the galcier deisel walbro setup or would i be ok with just doing the vulcan kit and moving the lp to the frame rail. Thanks for all the help

The FSM says 10 psi at idle is the acceptable minimum.
As far as choosing the aftermarket solution, there are many options. Search for "fuel pressure" or "lift pump" and you will see hundreds of messages on the subject. In short, FASS or Walbro are the two preferred choices for performance and reliability, and in a pinch a relocate kit or supplementing the stock LP with a frame located pump seems to work for many people.
