Newbie here. I was so pleased with my 95 Cummins 2WD 2500, that I bought a similar 04. I retired my 95 to light duty use, but from what I gather, I have a typical issue with it, a malfunctioning fuel gauge. I had the in tank unit replaced, but I still have a permanent ¾ tank (lol). Before I spend another $300+ to get the dash gauge replaced, does anyone know how often a new replacement unit is bad?
