FASS II Question

I've been running the FASS II for a little over a month now. 24 psi at startup, confirmed with a mechanical gauge. Question is, how do I lower the psi? Details please.

Thanks,

Casey

Put your foot to the floor, and if your injectors are big enough it will drop, a little.

I'm not sure how that pump is adjusted. Did you call DPP about it?

Which pump do you have? I'm running the 95GPH and I've only seen 20psi once (when it was first installed). Usually idles around 17psi.

95 gph. Sits at 24 psi @ idle wot down to about 20 and cruise is 22 - 23 psi. I know it has to do with the spring, but am not sure if I need to compress it or stretch it. Sent off an email to DPP, thought maybe someone might know.

When first purchased my Fass II (95gph) would idle at 11 to 12psi and at wot would pull to 8psi or a little less. I had hoped for a little more pressure (say 15 to 18 at idle).

DPP sent me a new spring - it now idles at 20+ and I can pull it down to 15 - which is close enough. Thanks DPP!

FWIW - In addition to the spring they sent a new o ring, gasket and instructions.

Good luck,

George

bocifus,

try relaxing the spring. My replacement spring from dpp was much stiffer than the stock spring. pressure went from 10psi at idle to 20 psi at idle.

Thanks,
Jason
