Fass Help

Hi, Iam on my second hpfp150 pump installed by a fass dealer. The first one had a leak some where never took the time my self to find it since i had it installed by the dealer, it leaked from the first week i had it, just a slow drip. He replaced it under warranty we let it idle for 10 min no leak. got it home parked it in the driveway guess what a small slow drip. So tonight i finally got a chance to check it out myself and found it it is the small screw or hole on the red block that the pump is mounted on what would cause this to happen to both of the pumps. Sorry for the sucky description of where the leak is but not sure what it is exactly called if you look at the fass picture of the pump you will know what iam talking about. Thanks Joe

Well it shouldn't leak from the weep hole. that is not correct. We has some issue with this about a year and a half ago with fuel leaking around the seal. BUT we implemented updates to fix this and have yet to see one leak since then. Contact your dealer with your SN and we can see what we can do for you.

SO.......you have the HPFP then (Pump with no fiilter)? As the 200 GPH FASS for that year truck would have that fitting. Am i reading you correct?

i thought it was a 280gph but it might be a 200 it was the best they make for a high horsepower 12v with the regulator or the adjustment on top anyways i jsut bought the pump and harness and i am getting ready to put a filter housing and filter on the frame right by the pump, and i am gonna run braided line from the filter directly to the p pump but i do not know the size of the fitting into the injector pump its a 97 12v. thanks for the help
