fass fuel issues

ok first off about my truck. 01 6 speed 4x4 have juice with attitude and fass 150 system. driving home the other day form work and my chip beeped and had 10 pound of fuel pressure so i let out of it and drove easy home. thought if i change the filter all will be good. i checked my pressure at an idle before filter change and had between 13 and 18 PSI. changed both filters and am getting 14 to 18 PSI now at an idle. i drive it last night and i tried to make it beep and it did hit 11 again. pump is like 7 years old. my questions are, is my pump getting worn out or is there a way to regain my pressure? how low of pressure is to low to ruin the injection pump? thanks guys

fwiw anything below 10psi. Alot of people like 14 or better to keep return valve open for better cooling of the VP. On some of the FASS pumps the check ball can become stuck in the spring. One guy put a small thin washer between spring and ball, got his pressure back. Also the spring can weaken, then you need new spring. Check pressure with mech. gauge the call Fass. They helped me with mine when it was to much pressure had me cut spring down.
