hi guys,ive been driving my truck with the stock lp even though iveinstalled a comp and 130hp injectors{comp on low settings for milage only}fuel pressure is 13-13.5 idle,11 cruising and ive seen 5 wot with the comp on higher settings.i know i need to deal with the fuel issue.my question is,is the carter kit from piers a decent kit?i dont have the comp on high very often.should i save and get the fass?the carter kit is like a quarter of the price,{200 carter and 700 fass}not to interested in the fass pump only.if im gonna spend that kinda money mite as well get the whole deal.for everyday driving would the carter kit be ok for awhile or buck up now?thanx guys.

 

I don't know about the carter pumps, but I have the FASS and it is great. I would do some checking to see if the carter pump has been holding up or dieing like the stock lp.

 

fwiw - I have the fass II and really like it. I wasted more $s on several lift pumps and trying a pusher pump setup.
