There was a paper that came with the filter system that had a bunch of filters that could be used. It had Fleetguard, Wix, and Baldwin filters on it.

Many say that fleetgaurd is the best. Baldwin filters are ok I guess and they are cheaper. I have never heard of Cim-Tek filters so I don't know about those.

I guess it depends where you live.....but those prices sound way off. I buy Baldwins from my local Truck Parts Store.
I paid - $11.99 for a BT372-10 (10 Micron)
$12.99 for a BT372-MPG (3 Micron)
Have tried both...the 3 micron cost me no fuel pressure or power, so, why not use better filtration?

The 3 micron will last 50,000 miles +/-...the 10 micron has been run up to 100,000 miles by others.

Both are Baldwins. They make excellent filters, IMO!

Why would you want to replace the Water Separator.....it is cleanable & reuseable! Just remove it...fill 1/2 way with gas, cover and shake it hard. I also suggest tapping it lightly - hard as possible, without denting it - to loosen up larger particles. I wrap it in a towel and tap it on my wooden work bench.
Refill with diesel (for easy restart) and reinstall!

I have done this twice...every 20,000 miles and gotten very little debris out of it either time.

I just took these part numbers to napa and they had zero info on these. I ended up using a napa gold 3246 filter for now. Filters down to 16 microns, which is nay good. Called Cummins of rockymountain here in grand junction, they can get the fleetgaurd ff1527 filter, but dont keep it in stock. 11 dollars, but will only order them a dozen at a time. What a huge pain!!!

These are some places that I have bought filters from before. If the parts dealer has to order a filter you might as well order it yourself and have it show up on your step.

Which FASS is it?

There are some much better options for filters, so post up what you have now and I'll make a good recommendation.
