EZ Timing

I'm assuming the Data Port hook up controls the timing and that it (timing) does not change with changes in fueling-high, med or low adjustable settings.
Anyone know for sure if my thinking is accurate?

Don't know for sure but I think the timing is advanced a certain degree from stock all the time, but the stock timing is changing depending on load, throttle position , temp etc
