EZ Dead at 2 months
EZ Dead at 2 months
I noticed my truck was getting poor mileage. I checked my IAT which wasn't very dirty at all. Cleaned it and checked out the EZ. Took the jumper out of the EZ and noticed the truck ran the exact same whether the jumper was in or out. Granted the truck will smoke if the actual box is plugged in as opposed to no smoke if the box is unplugged. I thought these boxes were durable? I guess I will contact EDGE in the morning. Anyone else had an EZ fail besides Crobtex.
Thought i remember reading that if you remove the jumper from the ez box that it automatically goes to the strongest setting. I do not own one, but remember reading about this. I guess if you want to test it, you have to disconnect.
well there is a differene between the box plugged in and not, so if that jumper statement is true then I guess it works. I just don't see the response I use to get and I get a lot of blue tint in the black smoke.
