Exhaust Mod
pipe
Thanks for the pic Mopar! Im going to have to wait till it warms up to do this so i dont have to lay in snow...wheres a good place to get a pipe for this? Ive never messed with exhaust systems before.
When I straight piped my stock (3 inch), I got the pipe & flare done at a local Midas shop....they just happened to have about 8' of it laying around.
I didn't tell the guy what it was for; just gave him the measurement I needed and off I went. I think it totaled about $45.

I bought a piece of 3" pipe at a NAPA store for about $30 bucks. Then take to a muffler shop to be flared on the end.
Now in the pic you will notice I used some small re-bar to make new pipe hangers and welded them in place too. You can get away without them if you going to be on the street... But I do alot of offroading myself! So I went the extra nickle in mine...
