Question Exhaust brake install (level of difficulty)

I just purchased the complete Pacbrake PRXB direct mount setup for my 02 HO 6 speed and have been waiting on a authorized Dodge diesel mechanic to complete the install after hours on his time. I refuse to allow stealerships to bill and have some monkey working on my truck and try the install (no offense to newbies in the field). I do have a long standing friendship/ working relationship with this individual and I would rather pay him vs the dealership where he only gets his hourly rate. He is always busy and I feel bad asking sometimes to add toys to my truck but, what I was wondering if any DIY'ers have installed an exhaust brake? On a scale of 1-10 what is the level of difficulty and is this something I could do in my own time with common tools? I am a average DIY on the weekends and never really got to working on my deisel other than steering, suspension the usual changing of fluids on a diesel. It looks like a simple plug and play situation. I only need to replace the (5) bolts on the cast flange on back side of turbo housing. Does anyone know the size of these bolts and what grade should be used. Anyone local to the 18505 zip code interested in assisting or do a meet and greet.

Thank you
Kurt

Read the instructions and decide for yourself if you're capable> http://pacbrake.com/PDF/L5822.PDF

It's really not hard at all, maybe a 5.

The toughest part of my install was rotating and manipulating the brake into proper alignment. Once it slipped in place, everything went OK.
Take your time and follow the instructions
