sounds like you found it. you wont be acheiving anymore without freeing up the rest of the system. go make a run without the filter and box on. putting a larger exhaust on will help out many areas. regardless of whatever is reading the pressure, that turbo doesnt do much past 35-36 psi. its just too small. like i said, i think youre problem is solved now. next, think about freeing up the intake and exhaust and the numbers will come.

I'm guessing then that I was wrong and yours was set to the right year,I just thought that maybe I was not the only one to have done that,with it set to year model 2000 mine only claimed to get to 25 psi also,but once I set it to 01 the thing could all the sudden get to 35 psi.....if you aint checked that you'll be working on getting boost for quite some time
