hi all, iv'e got a 99 3500 and want to put an edge juice with attitude monitor on it. do you have to tap into the pump wire with the juice or can you run it like the ez? also has anybody had any dealings with extreme diesel ? their price is nearly 200 dollars less than anyone else. kinda seems to good to be true. thanks, dave.

 

it can be run either way. tap the wire or not, its a great package. you wont be disappointed.

Yes it is said right there in the manual that you can run it either way. If you do not want to pierce the wire, but if you do it runs EXCELLENT!!!!

 

bowtie, what was your procedure for enabling the hot code in your juice? im just finding the story edge told me a bit confusing.

I have mine in EZ mode. More bottom end then VanAaken and a lot more top end.

Warranty is up next month, and the wire is getting tapped. At least after I move my lift pump.

 

thanks for the responce guys, i was really kind of scared to tie into the pump wire cause we all know how goofy these pumps can be. i'm still on the stock pump and with 110,000 on it i did'nt want to press my luck. if it was'nt for the attitude monitor, i would just get an ez. but i need the gauges any way. any body know anything about extreme diesel performance? thanks, dave.
