Where can I get a turnbuckle setup? I do want to keep the egt's down. I pull a horse trailer and pull across the scales at around 21,000 lb.

My only complaint is that I can hit 34 psi with this setup. 34 is supposedly okay for the HY, but I would like it to be more like 30 psi. So I took mine off until I can either add a spring to the setup, like others have done, or buy a turbo master.

you think four p.s.i. would really make a breakpoint difference?

Before I changed out turbos, I had my HY-35 way over powered. Did serious testing and found, like others have commented, the HY-35 turbo will push reasonably cool, usable air up to 34 PSI boost. At 34 and above, things change VERY quickly. After that, your power curve drops way off, Your over spinning your turbo and pushing hot, thin, unusable air! Setting up for 30-32 would be safe and effective, IMO.

USe a spring

You can get a shorter turnbuckle and use a spring to tune it to something less than 34 psi, mine with a spring Superturner, RV275 just make 29 psi if you get on it hard, OH!! I forgot I got HX35/12 that I pickup on TDR and had peirs tune. the old HY did around 26 with the same set and spring. I did not have a boost elbow so I turnbucked the HX35 too.

I ended up getting an ATS Stage V setup. The 2000 automatic was made out of cardboard or something. The shop that changed out my tranny said the converter had gotten VERY hot and discolored. I love the snap I get now when the triple lock kicks in
