tlampman: IF you don't have a heavy right foot, your stock auto tranny ought to last quite a while. When you experience that power (like I did this spring when I added my EZ) you will probably want to use it. I already have the DTT tranny, so I don't have to worry about a little extra HP. With a stock tranny, you may well find that you will need to upgrade eventually. A friend of my with a 200l.5 CTD with the stock auto added an EZ, and it was about 3 months before he started slipping. He now has the ATS TC and VB and is once again a happy camper.<br><br>Hope that this helps.<br><br>DeWain

I just put an edge ez on my truck, sure woke rattler up, but it will also slip my clutch at will while towing my 5er. lots of torque at low end (1600-1900 rpm) with ez!!<br>Get gages!!!!!!!!
