I recently moved my Comp module to the top of my dash on the left side near the pillar post (pics in my gallery). I was wondering if the heat of the sun shining on it will damage the unit? Should I move it to a place out of harms way?

 

I've had a radar dector on my windshield for a long time and it hasn't fried yet...I'd slap it up there.
