I have a 24v with the stock auto tranny and want the comp box. Wanted to know if this with the wire tap will fry my tranny?

 

If you use it smart it will hold up fine, but a lot of passes on the highest settings will do it some REAL harm. I have one on mine and it's holding up really well but I also drive extremely nice.

Just steer away from real hard launches like drag racing and running around on the highest setting ALL the time. I always leave mine on setting 3 and smoke level 3, works great for everyday driving and actually helped my mileage quite a bit!

So just be smart with it and you'll be fine, either that or upgrade your valve body on your tranny and it will hold up even better!!

you will increase your tranny's chances of survival with a good shift kit like the one DTT or SK sells

 

If you drive with sense you may be ok, but then why do you think we all got aftermarket trannies? Driving with sense sux! Have fun, and start working on the wife now.
