I'm wondering what the advantage(s) of installing the boost elbow are or do I need to install it at all? Edge instructions say it works 'equally' well with or without it--I'm confused.

 

I think my truck runs better with the elbow it makes more boost and it will also decrease exhast temperatures.

 

It runs up the boost (interferes with wastegate signal). I think Edge says that so you'll still buy their product for an auto (hard line). More air (boost) is always good with the more fuel.

 

Install it.
