Peter is a standup guy for sure! I don't think you will find one person on this forum who don't like Peter.

Hey Guys,

All is well. Peter did take care of the situation buy replacing the entire solid DD setup with the sprung hub DD design. All is great with the shifting and am very confident with the clutching holding now. Thanks for all your ideas and suggestions.

Yah, what was up.

I went from a Solid to a sprung dual disc. I find the shifting more pleasant with the sprung discs, plus the on and off power slack it much smoother. Much easier to drive.

You hit that nail on the head. It appeared who ever he got the clutch from did a poor job of installing and bent the disc's. The first thing we did was lay them on a flat surface and wobble wobble. I am sure that is why they took it out of their truck and sold it to dalefans2. He should be good to go now.

Super.

I prefer to do my own disc bending by using lots of RPM, Boost, and slipping of the clutch, oh, wait,, that would be warping,,

The current sprung DD is holding up great! Even likes the trailer.
