DTT ATS tranny questions

Can someone put up a list of "extra" parts needed that doesn't come with a full replacement transmission from either one of these two companies? like billet input shafts or controllers or whatever. thanks!

What are you looking to do with the trans? If you race or pull, definately go billet. If not, I went with a replacement trans with 89% TC, and could not be happier. Really wakes up the truck.

race or pull occasionally, but I plan on Twins someday.

so what else would I need from either company as far as lockup controllers or pans or whatever would not come with the tranny itself?

DTT includes the standard deep mag-hytec pan. Get the billett input and third gear cage if you plan on an exhaust brake some day and tow. SNOKING

Due to the policy of DTT who always want to do a profile sheet and then tailor a solution for your needs including future plans I'd say it's reasonable to talk to Bill Kondolay first to get his opinion.
For me it always worked like that: Hi Bill I've got this and this situation and I want to go somewhere like xxx hp with xxx, and xxx jadda jadda...
Then you've got to be prepared for a lot of questions (I envy you for the opportunity to use the toll free number) and then there's a list of parts and stuff needed in Bills opinion- and a total price for all of it. No extras needed except for fluid to fill it, replacement for the bolts you may strip while removing the tranny and some tape for the busted knuckles, that's it.
I don't know about ATS since I've never done business with them, but according to what I read they do also offer full packages.
