I have an EZ that works maybe 25% of the time. It has been back to Edge, they re-flashed it and said everything looks good. Well, it isn't. The box works randomly, I have found no way to MAKE it work or not. Called Edge back, they said they wouldn't fix it unless it is completely dead.
Any ideas?
Does anybody besides Edge work on these things?
BTW, it is out of warranty.

Unfortunately the warranty is up. Sounds like you may need to purchase another or go to a different box. I would be really suprised if anyone else could work on it, these are very proprietary modules. I have dealt with Edge in the past with and EZ, A Comp Box and a Juice. They have been incredible to deal with. There were times however that they would tell me a similar thing that the unit tested okay but they would just give me a new module anyway and the problem would be fixed. These were under warranty though.
