clutch problems

my clutch on my truck has been having an issue were sometimes it wont disengage all of the way. sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesnt, but it is getting worse. when you pull up to a stop light or something and push in on the clutch it will keep trying to pull not reall hard but you can feel the truck trying to move. then if you stop and go to put it in reverse you cant get it in reverse. i think that it is the slave cylinder but not sure some guys are telling me that it is the clutch fork. i havent had to put any oil in the master cylinder so i dont think that it is the master cylinder.

It's also quite possible that you have a seized pilot bearing, and it is keeping the transmission's input shaft spinning even after the clutch is disengaged.
