My local Cummins Dealer (Maryland) had them in stock at my last visit, he said there weren't very popular because the chrome turns too fast.

Yes sir Brandon. Remove the paint, fine sand them and polish them up, it's a lot of work but the results are rewarding

The intakes not that hard.. but the valve cover will take some time if you leave the writing on the cover.. I put it in the Mill and cut the DODGE off.. and the lines...
On the intake, just start with some aggressive sand paper on the sander.. or 3in sanding disks on an air buffer.. I than drop to gasket buffing pads.. than back to sander.. then wet sand it.. (start with something like 220, then 400, 600, 1000 or 1500 or 2000) To finish it off, I use Blue Majic on buffing wheel on the bench grinder... Its about the best stuff I've found... Don't expect to sit down and knock it out in an hr... it will take a while... I don't know how many hrs I have in the valve cover, and the rear diff cover they took forever... I did the intake horn in one long evening...

It's definitely a time consuming job, but still very rewarding when done. JDGnut's pieces are a beautiful example..

I didn't polish all the way, just to a 240 grit finish, then clearcoated. By running the last stage of paper (wet) in one direction, it gives it a nice brushed look. I almost polished them, but wanted a different look. Took an hour each on the covers and about 3 hours for the intake. You find out just rough the surfaces of these thibgs are when you start trying to modify them!! It's worth it though.
