At $300 total I don't know why anyone wouldn't coat them if they had their engine apart...but at $1800 thats a whole 'nother story!!

Thanks for the heads up Hauling!
I've checked the cooling system and the water temp wasn't anywhere near high.
Nevertheless the engine gets a new t-stat and a new water temp sensor.
(And a new radiator, old one's a bit corroded)
