My new turbo will arrive soon regrettably it was not SS but cast. There is a local company that ceramic coats. I know that the exhaust housing can be coated inside & out but can the center section also coated or is it worth the effort
They say it will resist rust & can withstand high temps. Can anyone attest to this

It will do as you posted and retain more thermal efficiency...

But for the cost, you were much better off going the SS route.

 

Not for what I got my turbo for just did some horse trading the only thing that was affected was my TV time

 

i havent had my silver bullet on there very long but i can say it runs pretty cool. they ceramic coated it at II and thats how i got it i think it added 300 or 350 to the cost of the charger
