THANKS guys!

cowl hood came from keystone, it was basically as you said, $500 + paint, mine was damaged, so we just ordered that one instead of a stock one. so it didnt cost me anything

have not had it on long enough to test, but in my short travels i have not seen any drop so far.

just an update, i have had this on for awhile now, no apparent drop in mileage at all, if anything its getting a fraction better. yesterday went on an unscheduled 200 mile jaunt, 65-70MPH and averaged 22.9MPG.
