Boost Hook-up

Just curious to see where you guys hooked up your boost gauge. Did you guys drill in the intake manifold or Tee off somewhere. Thanks.

I got a boost bolt that replaces one of the bolts for the airhorn to the manifold. It was free from Genos with the boost gauge. Also came with a gauge mount free.

on the actual intake (the intake horn bolts to it) there should be a 1/8" plug that will give you a good boost reading at the manifold.

That is for an 01 - which is different than the 12V the original poster was asking about.

Boost bolt will still work in the 12v, but its cheaper to just use the NPT fittings instead.
