Boost Elbow / Turnbuckled Wastegate

Are these things that can be done to a stock truck w/ some exhaust and bhaf???

you can do it but you'll get an overboost code without a box. You don't do both you do one or the other depending on which turbo you have. turnbuckle for a hy35 boost elbow for a hx35
