Boost elbow adjustment?
loosening the allen set-screw lets the wastegate come on earlier right? I want to make sure Im not boosting over 38psi anymore. I keep catching it at 40. Bad bad bad.

loosening the allen will unplug/open the hole its blocking, allowing more flow to the wastegate and opening it sooner. so, yes loosening will lower boost....hopefully
