Boost Elbow??

2 weeks ago I installed the boost elbow for my EDGE EZ, now I get a surging while the truck is cold for the first mile then it goes away, and having an issue on warm start ups only. I changed the fuel filter and added to Red Tops seeing I was still running the orginal Mopar batteries, and a Cummings lift pump, fuel pressure was down to 7 lbs of pressure @ WOT,
now it idles @ 22. Just coincedence??? Any ideas

What hp are those injectors? If they are big sticks, you may want to experiment with the switch settings on the EZ to see if that makes a difference with your surging problem......other than that, any codes?

I'm pretty sure they were 45 hp injectors gotta check when I get home. The surging is worse on setting 2, I'm gonna have the codes checked tonight, I'm headed to Northern Maine Saturday morning, and I need some piece of mind.

The boost elbow on my 98.5 goes on the bottom of my turbo, a rubber hose connects to the waste gate, the elbow has a small hole in it. Let see if I get this right, it allows a higher boost pressure, which give you lower egt's to a point and also gives a nice turbo whine

CTD NUT my buddy couldn't run the codes tonight, so I disconnected the EZ to see if it made any difference on warm startup. Made no difference. Still waiting on Jannetty Racing to find out what size those injectors are. I also did a APPA reset for S**** & Giggles and struck out there too I've already replaced 1 injector pump (under warranty) and I'm gonna If I've gotta dish out for this one. I'd better hide my ammo just in case, Momma's gonna be if our vacation cash end up if the form of any injector pump
