by turning the allen screw on the top of my boost elbow this changes the amount of max boost the turbo produce correct y/n ? which way is it out is less in is more? this controls when the turbo hits maxium boost via my preferedelbow setting&corectoperation of waste gate if i am wrong please correct me i am sorta new to this and feeling things out as i go with help from trusty DTR

 

Yes it sets the max boost and In is more. It only controls the max boost, how much fuel you can deliver controls how fast you get there. don't go over 36psi. Its all hot useless air over that.
