The best would be the T-Rex system, but it is spendy. What are you looking to do with the truck? If you are simply looking to clear the tires, any aftermarket 3-4" lift kit will get the job done.
Do a search on lift kits, that'll keep you busy for a while.

pick up a set of skyjacker D25 coils from national 4wd in calgary and that will get you up high enough for 315's (35's)
I got 3" lift out of mine
the springs will get you high enough but you need the right offset rims to combat rubbing on the ctrl arms, I'm only running 285's so I got no trouble with my stock rims (16x7 steelw 5" offset)
for a little better control you may want to add a dual shock kit also
I'v got 33" tires and there's still lots more room in the wheel wells

It's the distance from the inside edge of the rim to the mounting surface. Changing it's size determines how much the tire sticks out from the edge of the truck. So a rim with 3" back spacing will make the outer part of the rim stick out farther than say a rim with 2" back spacing.

Im with duke, I was going to say the ideal setup for 35"s would be the SJ 4.5" kit...it will give you the clearance you need, and you shouldnt have to worry about backspacing. You could get by with 2" spacers or some D25s, but they wont clear as well as with a full kit, and will probably rub at times. Just depends on how much dinero your willing to spend.
