That truck looks really really clean. I like trucks that dont over do it and keep it simple and clean. Good job, fine truck.

thanks guys. i guess i probably should get the correct size spare tire, that lock came on the truck....havent touched it since i got the truck

the exhaust really does keep all the soot off of the paint, i was just getting tired of trying to keep it clean so i decided to cross my fingers and cut it up. it worked out well....gives it kind of a hidden look.

sure wish i could get my speedo recalibrated to the 35's

I had the spare tire winch fail on my '99. It was replaced on warranty. After that I used a master cable lock, which I transferred to my '07. No worries about lost spares anymore.

Had this happen on a couple of our ford f-150 work trucks. Kinda funny when you look under thier and you know nobody has used the spare but it aint thier and then get to lookin and the hanger and have the wire or something is gone.

Look really good.

Are you using the 3" BDS trac bar drop bracket because you have a 2" leveling kit? If so, why did you feel the need to use a trac bar drop bracket?

i installed the trac bar drop bracket because w/ the 2" front lift the axle is pulled toward the drivers side noticably and over time components will wear. they dont offer a 2" bracket and i didnt want an adjustable trac bar because of the heim end maintenance so i figured the 3" bracket would correct it for the most part. it actually worked better than i thought because now the axle is centered visually and from every measurement i took. im ver happy w/ it and the alignment went great also. i may add a 3" drop pitman arm next.

Go to your local dealer, they should be able to recalibrate your tires for you.

Even some programmers allow the user to adjust tire sizes.

Nice looking truck, your White has a real nice shine to it. Good luck keeping it that way.

the dealer can no longer recalibrate for 35's on 06's. their scanner has a pre-programed list of tire sizes approved by chrysler, the closest size they had was a 275/75/19.5
