BHAF heat sheild vs evaporator

I need some advice from the experts (you gents). A few years back, I put a BHAF on my 2001. Bought it from a TDR member that made them and it came with an aluminum heat sheild. Lo and behold, the heat shield has been vibrating and eating through one of the aluminum evap lines and eventually it's going to ruin it if I don't do something about it.
I need some advice on where I can get a better heat guard/shield for the BHAF?
The help is appreciated.

When i made my heat scheild i trimed it so it would not touch the lines, And if still was i used rubber fuel line to protect it. I haven't had a problem with it.

I was concerned about that as well. Like Joker12valve, I trimmed mine a little more than what the pattern on this site shows. I also glued rubber (found some that was like a C-channel) around the edges near the evap. lines.

I made my own pattern out of cardboard as well and kept the shield away from the lines and put foam under the bhaf to raise it off the lines as well.
