TST help

I just got my second Power max 1. I sent the 1st one back. I cannot get a green light at all. I just put on a new Map sensor, all volt readings are good to the box.

Any idea's?

Did you tap the right wire to the injection pump?

There is only 1 wire that says pump and I am positive it posi tapped to the correct ip wire........ The way I understand the tst is that it won't fuel until it sees boost then the green light will come on. I got a new map sensor because I got a code for low map voltage once after hooking up current box.

Test the ip connection I get 13.2 volts
Test the map connection I get .53 volts which is good for my model year.

The 1st box bench tested good but they (Mark the owner ??) replaced it with a brand new box because he didn't test it on a truck. That tells me there is something wrong with my truck BUT WHAT?????????

Where are you grounding to. TST boxes are very picky about grounding. I ended up grounding to one of the three bolts that hold the apps on. It worked the best out of everything I tried.

ground is at the wire explained in the instructions. On off switch and light works and the boost light works and gets brighter w/ boost increase. So I believe my ground is good.
