Beyond excellent customer service!
I emailed Heath Diesel Products two days ago asking about pricing on a new installation kit for my Turbomaster. I'm getting an HX-35, so I needed gaskets, and there are some shims and a one time use clip in the install kit, so I figured Heath could set me up with all I needed for the turbo swap. I didn't receive a reply, so I was going to call this afternoon when I got home from work. In the mailbox was a Turbomaster installation kit.
The invoice said "No Charge."
That was going above and beyond the call of duty, I hadn't included my address, so they must have looked me up from when I bought the Turbomaster - which is the only thing I have bought from them. I'm a happy customer.
