Carli Suspension Excellent Product & Service

I got one of Carli's first suspensions back in 2006 for a 1997 2500 CTD-was very happy with the product and service-ran it down to Mexico a few times-never thought a 7,000 lb truck would perform so good-ended up believing that you could jump the truck without damaging yourself or the truck. Before I sold the 97 I took off the suspension to put it on my new truck. Sent the shocks down for a rebuild/revalving-purchased a few new items needed that would not transfer over.
The new truck was 2007 2500 CTD-5.9. Instead of taking the time to go down to Carli's and have them install their system, I asked a local shop(Ventura) if they were comfortable installing it-said yes so I had them do it. Ever since the install it never performed up to my expectations-had a constant knock in the front, harsher ride, etc...I lived with it for far to long and finally went down to Carli's this past week for ball joints and install/cleanup review. The install was a hack job-the top shock bolt on passenger side was never tightened-created the knock and poor ride. Caused excessive wear & tear on shock tower, detroyed bolt-but considering the mileage I drove it held up suprinsingly well. The front reservoirs were mounted in the wrong place, destroyed a cap a schroeder valve. The rear shocks were mounted incorrectly destroyed both reservoirs
with pinholes. Carli Suspension went through everything completely rebuilt all shocks, replaced damaged shock tower, the scope of the work completed pushed back other scheduled trucks, but Sage wouldn't let my truck out of the shop until it was up to their satisfaction. By the time it was put back together-it drove better than ever. From freeway driving to dirt running it floats over everything - I am more than impressed with the product & service I received from Carli Suspension. Don't like to write posts as you can see-But due to the exceptional service I felt compelled. For those who are on the fence about suspension sytems, you can't go wrong with Carli Suspension.

While I have not had as extensive of a history w/them I have been impressed. My KORE Race track bar failed a while back so I contacted them to warranty the part. To date, I have still not received my warranty replacement and communication is difficult and sporadic. Contrast that with my experience w/Jesse at Carli... I contacted them when it was clear a replacement was not forthcoming from KORE in a reasonable amount of time. Jesse spent an inordinate amount of time comparing and contrasting their products with KORE's. I had been waiting on their long travel air bags, so I ordered those, track bar, and control arms. These were all back ordered and a delivery date was clearly communicated to me. As soon as the product came in I got another call from Jesse letting me know they went out. Carli Suspension has customer service down pat and will continue to get my business. To boot, their product has served me better under the same use (and now miles) as the KORE product that they replaced did.

I'm looking at carli's pintop 2.5 setup to upgrade my not so comfortable 6in superlift. I'm running 37s right now and on their website it says you can run up to 37s with this lift. Anyone out there have this set up by chance? If so please let me know if you like it or not. I'm not in any hurry to replace my lift right now but I definately want to change it sometime soon.

Thanks in advance

37's Toyo's will fit but you'll have to shoe horn them in. Without control arms and full leaf pack they're probably going to contact sheet metal. Mike and Sage will know exactly what it will take to get them to work.

And yeah, those guys are great. I'm lucky enough to be somewhat local to them and have had them do work on my truck several times and they've always taken care of me. Fun guys to hand with, also.

Sage told me about your truck, sounded like they forgot to tighten down a few thing in Ventura.
