General Diesel Discussion Talk about general diesel engines (theory, etc.) If it's about diesel, and it doesn't fit anywhere else, then put it right in here.

Excellent Dodge Service Department

I guess this is the right place to put this. My truck did the dead lift pump and dying injection pump thing in August. Anderson Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Lake Havasu City AZ replaced the 2 pumps no hesitation and treated me like I was a respectable kinda guy. I left on a trip to WA and had a miss at idle, I went to a dealer in Puyallup WA and was treated like some kinda idiot with a serious disease and bad breath, they charged me $100.00 to tell me I had dirty injectors and would only charge me $200.00 more to clean them. Well I paid the $100.00 and not only went away, but went away mad. Well I finished my vacation and then took my truck back to Anderson Chrysler Jeep Dodge and they checked it out and said the injectors were faulty and would be replaced under warranty. WOW. Treated like a respectable kinda guy again. Mike Walsh Service Adviser and Vince Strang Service and Parts Director and the entire service department treated me better than I've ever been treated in a Dealership. If you ever need work on your CTD My opinion is that Anderson Chrysler Jeep Dodge, in Lake Havasu City AZ is THE place to go. Thanks for letting me rant.

You should report your experence here, seems a few people didn't have the good luck you did.
