So, I had a bit of a fiasco with a VP44. Replaced it and the truck died 36 miles later. Turns out my fuel gauge is bad. Installed a FASS, and a set of DD2 injectors . Decided to put the Edge EZ back on and program up the superships at the same time. On the top end , but idled poorly and after a run returning to idle was really scary. So I put the programing back stock, and just left the Edge EZ I guess I have an expensive code reader now. In the future I'll get an Edge Juice W/Attitude I think. Now I gotta install the flex-a-lite fan thing that's been sitting in the garage for months. So all in all a good day for me, except for the fuel gauge. Just wanted to share.

 

Yeah, both of those products add timing so who knows, you could have been pushing 25-30* of timing. That is scary for stock head gasket, stock bolts, etc.
