Yeah, that lurch didn't look too good. I don't think it was your standard power-out at the end of a pull, but I could be wrong.
Before this thread gets into a tranny war, lets get something out into the open: When sled pulling, drag racing, or doing anything that these trucks weren't really intended to do, even the finest components will break occasionally. ATS trannies bite the dust. DTT trannies launch into the atmosphere. South Bend clutches scatter, and Mitchell clutches can make like a corpse. Transfer cases can make lil' ol' ladies weep.
Even Blue Sheep can get hurt.
You play hard, you occasionally pay hard.
