If I remember correctly, we done on some autos and it smoothed the shifting out on some of them. I know it can be done...........

"resetting" the APPS does little to any good IMO.

The recalibration is primarily for autos as the coltage levels have an affect on the PCm and lock up control.

Maybe it's the climate. Down here, on mine and some other 5 and 6 spds, it made a difference in throttle senisitivity. Maybe it depends on how far off the voltages are.

ok so theres 2 things you can do, reset and recalibrating, recalibrating would be worth the time but reseting probibly wouldnt.

Hard to say on the reset. Some report it fixes the issues they are having, but appears to be a short term fix.

It could be the APPS has gotten a bad "spot" from running at the same relative throttle position. Or, the pcm is having trouble with voltage bounce, ect.

I have a DTT noise filter, but I can't say that it will help this issue.

Resetting is a quick fix. What exactly is your problem?

low gas milage, loss in power, starts right up but its rough, a kind of stutter at takeoff, like it goes then hesitates then will go but only with my chip not on fueling setting. shifting a little inconsitent. thats what i can think of right now. i think most of that is injectors though. looking for a new set now.
