I priced it a few years back and it was mega$$$......may have come down since then. I wonder how thick it can be applied??

 

A quick google and I found the price to be $170 for 2 gallons. Also it "likes" to be sprayed on $140 for the gun.

A 2- gallon container covers approximately 100 sq. ft. at 20/1000's (Max thickness 40/1000's for maximum effectiveness)

 

Not really a bad price if it works well.

but will Dynamat stay stuck on the underside of the hood in the summer heat?

i have some off brand stuff for free, thinking about laying a double layer under the hood.

i did the doors (outer skins & inner panel) & the floor pans, it's actually pretty quiet now
