Anybody from Canada?

Where do you get your gauges? I don't want to pay customs and exchange rate but I just priced a fuel pressure guage at a few different diesel shops and they are $225-250, I think thats pretty expensive compared to the prices I see on the american sites. Are there any Canadian sites with a half decent price?

It depends what gauges you were pricing out. I spent over $500 for the gauges and pod. You got to pay to play.

I got my autometer pyro, boost and trans temp for just over $200 CDN, I would just like to find a cheaper fuel pressure guage.

Piers Diesel is about the best place to purpose any diesel performance stuff as far as I figure. I'm way over on the east coast and I bought mine for under 400 bucks. Expensive, yes but if you really want them... you'll get them.

If you're out west you could also try NADP in Edmonton.......a little more expensive than PDR. I got mine installed for around $700 if I recall correctly.

Canada's a fairly large location but..
If your ever farther out west (like the coast) we have many automotive distributors that sell automotive gauges like NAPA/Lordco/Bumper to Bumper/etc that if you have a account with you can get a pretty good deal Thur but PDRs prices are pretty competitive if you don't have a account. You can order them by phone or online via PDR also. I'm pretty sure a set with the pod is going to run you close to the $400 range

I have no clue where you live but when it comes down to it, you can walk into crappy tire and order just about anything you want straight out of the Keystone catalogue.

I got all my gauges from a local performance shop. You can usually get anything you want there, especially autometer, they're everywhere.

I'm in Calgary, I have all my gauges now except for fuel pressure, but will be getting it from piers, it's almost $100 cheaper than the local diesel shops, but i'm going to check some big rig shops if they really are $35-$40, it will be mounted on the steering column so it doesn't have to be idendical.

I got an AMI (autometer industrial) from here http://www.surpluscenter.com

Under $10 usd. If they ship by USPS instead of UPS it is not that expensive. For some reason UPS really nails you on cross border shipping.
