another injector thread

Allright guys I know this question has been asked alot and I've read many but I still need more input.
I am currently running the stock exhaust with a #10 plate, a drop in K&N, and my waste gate is blocked off. I plan to get a 4" exhaust, do gunracer's cheap gsk and possibly switch to a #100 plate.
What injectors should I run with my intended setup (#10 or #100). I would prefer to keep the smoke levels as low as possible but if the price difference is going to be extreme to do so I'll settle for the smoke. my thought is less smoke equals more efficiency. Am I reading that right?

I'd get some honed 215s from DDP.

Ok I've talked with DDP and they are suggesting that I run some stage 2s and re connect my wastegate to prevent over spooling.

I've been emailing back and forth w/ them for a couple days and got the same suggestion. They say that honed 215's can be a little smokey at idle, where the stage 2's won't be. Stage2's are also good for more HP.

I think I'll probably go with the stage IIs.
What about DVs? what is the need and reasoning behind changing them out.

The larger 191 or lazer cut delivery valves give a lot more fuel and low wnd power.191's are needed in the smaller 160 pump when going to big injectors.I believe your pump is a 180 pump and those have big enough delivery valves for the bigger injectors.I believe your stock ones are 181's,going to 191's would give you a bit more power.

what kind of price range are we looking at for 191 delivery valves?
Could bad delivery valves cause a rough idle? My truck will sometimes idle at lower rpms than others. It's a guess as to when it's going to idle normally and when it's going to idle slower and rough.
It also seems to lug off of the line only to launch like a rocket a couple of seconds after getting onto the throttle.

Still having the occasional rough idle problem.
It was idling really low so I adjusted the idle a little higher than spec and all was good until I to a 15K camper on a long pull. When we got to our destination the idle was realy low (especially in gear) and the truck would just shudder like it was about to die unless I kept my foot on the pedal. It didn't straighten up until after I drove it a couple hundred miles without the camper. Now it's a guess as to when it's going to idle where I set it or a little lower. Now the only time I get the really low idle is when make a long hard pull.
I have no idea what would cause this problem.

Had similar problem 2 years ago. Changed the overflow valve and adjusted idle and haven't had problem since.

I know that I posted this yrs ago and still haven't done the injector change but I'm getting confused with DDP's suggestions.
Previously I talked to them and they suggested stage IIs with my setup.+4" exhaust.
Well I emailed them about the stage IIs and they're telling me that I should go with Stage I unless I'm going to upgrade my turbo.
Can anyone add some insight through personnel experience on this??
They say my EGTs will be too high.

I would leave the stock injectors as long as you have a stock turbo. They are able to flow enough fuel to max out a stock turbo. Grind your plate to a 100 profile, don't buy a new one. Add more fuel and you wont have enough air. Save your money until you can do both. A 62/65/14 would work well with ddp2s.

Well I'm gettin some weird lag issues. Not sure if it's fuel or but it will lag at times and the belch smoke and launch at the same time. It didn't start this until after having my mods for a couple of yrs. Adding Howes and a pint of TCWIII with each tank reduces the lag quite a bit. It's been discussed that I might have worn or sticking injectors.
Thought I'd step it up a bit if I was going to be changing them out anyway.
