That thread had some good stuff in it. I don't remember the name of it but a search will probably turn it up. However the short of it is the majority of people place it in one of 2 spots: Underneath the radiator cross member or on a passenger side battery mount. Over on the TDR a member named CPFF (John Strenkowski) makes a great battery mount, as well as a billet adapter (which is just plain awesome) and stainless braided lines. He has a kit for all or will sell whatever pieces you want.
