AFE INtake???

Im looking at one for an 03 to 07 5.9 and was wondering if it would also work on a 98.5 to 02 5.9...im just wondering cus the guy is just trying to get rid of it...and also how much fuel pressure does a stock 5.9 run at..
Thanks Preston

03-07 intakes are a different design and won't work on your 24v. Do a search on the 3rd gen forums for ****** Whistler....someone in there (will take some time to find it) posted the part numbers from intakehoses.com for the 24v setup.

Depends on lift pump. Every one I know with 99-02 ran around 12 psi at idle. Dont wanna go below 5 psi at WOT. With a FASS or Air dog you will see between 16-20 at idle. And prob no lower then 12 at WOT. I Bottom out at 11-12 with my FASS 150 pump only using inline filter and stock filter.

the reason i was asking about the fuel pressure is because i was sent a 0-100 psi and i had a feelin it was no where near that and thats why the gauge isnt working because the scale is so big it doesnt read...
Thanks Preston
