Having a hard time keeping this AFE filter a light blue color with the filter oil. Is this stuff getting sucked into the intake and what else could I use instead?
Seems like every couple of days the truck runs crappy and I take the pre-charger off and the filter is white from all the oil going somewhere.
I have foam filter oil which is probably similar except it needs a solvent to get it out later. This stuff seems similar to the 'no-toil' stuff used on bike filters. some kind of special biodegradeable cleaning solution.
