Question AFC diaphragm max pressure

anyone ever had a blown AFC diaphragm and at wich #psi? should I be worried to have one with my 84psi boost? If so, what is found to solve this. thinking of a pressure regulator in the feed line, or so..

I haven't heard of one rupturing. Mine held 50 psi once. Have you thought of running the AFC off one of the intermediate stages instead of straight off the manifold? Perhaps run it off the big turbo only, or if that doesn't give enough low boost fueling run it before the 4-71.

BTW, that is an amazing setup you have on the truck. Did you do all that fab work yourself?

I know of several people who have blown diaphragms out by testing with compressed air. Generally most air compressors are set at 100 psi.

I have ran over 80# of boost without a problem and several trucks are over 100# on a regular basis.
