Right click on the file--Click Properties--Click the "Unblock" tab--Click "Apply"

Edit: BTW, if you only see the "Advanced" tab at the bottom of the Properties, and you do not see the "Unblock" tab, then the above steps would not apply. When I click on Properties, I see both the "Advanced" and "Unblock" tabs after saving a tune to my computer.
Ya ive tried everything mentioned plus more. Hopefully they can come up with something

Well, if you've got it to update on 1 computer before, I would venture to say that it's not the module. If you have a favorite computer tech/store close by, you might contact them for some ideas on what might be the problem. I'm guessin it's sumthin with the computer, not necassarily sumtnin broken, just sumthin that has not been configured properly to run this type of file.
Have you ran Windows update recently?? Awhile back there were some updates for the NET framework 1.1 and 2.0.
Just some things to ponder/look into, I guess.

Everything on both my computers is up to date with the latest updates and all. They sem to think its a usb hub issue. They think the usb ports in my computer are run through a hub internally and quads software doesnt work with hubs. he said he's workin on getting it to work with hubs so we'll see what happens and if that cures the problem

Well, I had a nice post written up and lost it. Here's a shortened version.

Are you using the USB ports directly on the back of the computer?? that are directly connected to the motherboard??

Here's a USB card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815108101 This would put the USB connections toward the bottom of the computer in the horizontal slots. Is this what you have??

As far as I know, there aren't any "internal" USB hubs. I'm no computer expert, but I know a little about them.

Here is a USB hub. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817394053

I havent tried a usb card or messing with anything internally. Justin and the engineers at quadzilla think that its an internal usb hub issue.!?!?!? im no computer expert either. I have a sony vaio desktop and a toshiba laptop, i dont think these computers are very rare or different from any other computers. Justin said they cant get any modules to update on quads toshiba laptop either.

Most all laptops utilize USB hubs I *think*. It has to do with space savings. They put 4 plugs in but they're all attached with one connection on the mother board.

My tower at home actually has something similar. The rear USB plugs are individual, while the front plugs are a USB hub of sorts.

I'd try a USB card in the meantime Bjans. I'm inclined to say it should work.

EDIT: Best free thing you can do is call sony tech support and ask how them the USB ports are configured on your computer.

the same thing happened to my, said it needed driver cabinet. I called Quadzilla and it was actually a computer issue. My computer didnt recognize the device and they walked me thru how to fix it. If you go to my computer click on the C: drive and within one of the following files( im not on my computer right now) you are looking for something ending in 32.exe, when you find it click on it and hit OK. When i get back to my computer i will try and find exact path. If you call Quadzilla they can help and only take a minute to do it, but stay on the phone with them tell the lady you will wait to talk to a tech if not it my be days before you hear from them. Hope this bit helps

So I'm guessing the cabinet thing is a common problem. I am having this problem, but its 12:30 at night. I'll have to call quad when I get a chance.
